2011" penalty Eighth Amendment," the official of the community corrections as apenalty in execution,along with the concept of change penalty,the penalty concept deeplyrooted social,community corrections will be more and more attention.Our communitycorrection has been a decade of history,there is extensive offender management,correctionmethod unscientific,correct relations opposition，and many other problems,which greatlyinfluenced the effect of offender,but can not guarantee the safety of communities andstability,the fundamental goal of reducing recidivism rates.This paper introduces a new concept and methodology-evidence-based communitycorrections to solve the current problems of Community Corrections. First,from thegeneration of evidence-based community corrections,meaning the start,includingpositivism and theoretical aspects of economic rationality as bedding,evidence-basedcommunity corrections are subject Quartet, the Quartet main roles,combining together themain square,based on scientific evidence,in the framework of evidence-based practicecorrection,correction to follow step by step process of making the best of the correctionalplan.Secondly highlights evidence-based correction of the basic principles ofevidence-based practice activities all around the basic principles are to be expanded.Again,from the perspective of evidence-based community corrections,what are theproblems,analyze the reasons for this problem, evidence-based community correctionsagainst our country is how to solve the problem,it explains the necessity of evidence.According to evidence-based community corrections overall presentation,evidence-basedmodel of how to build launched a detailed exposition.Ultimately to improve the correctioneffect，reduce criminal rate,offenders successfully return to society,to ensure communitysafety and stability of the ultimate goal.
