Group Incidents have a very large impact on social stability in ruralareas,which have been attached great importance to the maintenance ofstability work from the central to local levels. How to prevent and defusegroup incidents in rural areas, and promote social stability and harmonyof rural countryside construction become the problem that governmentsat all levels should always consider.
