The huge Numbers of disabled children in China, especially in preschool childrenwith disabilities number is on the rise. This stage is the golden age of special education andrehabilitation training for disabled children, once missed, it will be an irreversible loss anddamage. And this has always been a neglected field in our country. This paper will focuson0to6years old preschool children with disabilities as the research subject, usingliterature analysis and case analysis method, combining with the research methods of thestudy. And through the multi-dimensional comparison of preschool children withdisabilities at home and abroad, respectively from the education legislation, educationfunding and supervision mechanism, resettlement mode, teachers, and so on analysis, todraw lessons from foreign advanced experience, found in the blind spot in the field ofpreschool special education in our country and the insufficiency, discover problems,analyze problems, solve problems, and in the process to make our country get rapiddevelopment in the field.Articles from the longitudinal Angle analysis, first of all, from the perspectives of theworld at present the development of preschool special education for disabled children andrehabilitation training present situation, then return to from the perspective of domesticresearch and analysis in this field in our country development present situation and theproblems in the development, finally rests on the4private rehabilitation traininginstitutions for disabled children in Wuhan of detailed research and analysis. During thestudy, the author through the questionnaire survey and semi-structured in-depth interviewswith the combination of methods, sampling questionnaire survey with stratified samplingmethod, and adopts investigation since fill completed the questionnaire, interview, takingthe typical case analysis of structured interview, the interview data are recorded, and the literature research method was adopted at the same time. Finally the income data for dataanalysis, draw relevant conclusions, to find problems, and finally puts forward relevantsolutions.
