Research On The Protection Of Preschool Children's Right To Life And Health In The Park

"Respecting and protecting human rights" is an important part of the revision of China's Constitution in 2004.In contradiction with the spirit of the Constitution,the right to life and health of preschool children has been repeatedly violated.This paper takes the prevalence of preschool children in the past in the past,and defines the related concepts.It also explains the basic theory that preschool children need to be protected in the life and health of the park,and then analyzes The two major problems in the prevalence of the right to life of the preschool children in the park for the protection of the right to life in the park,and the frequent occurrence of accidents and the lack of effective ways to remedy the rights of children affected by the right to life and health,Based on the experience of extraterritorial experience,the author tries to put forward some suggestions on perfecting the system of life and health protection for preschool children in China.The first chapter mainly defines preschool children and their right to life and health,and elaborates the theoretical basis of protecting preschool children's right to life and health,including human rights protection,guardianship transfer,power and responsibility consistency,and public service theory.The second chapter mainly talks about the status quo of the protection of preschool children's right to life and health in kindergartens in China,and the existing problems of the protection of preschool children's right to life and health in kindergartens in China.And further analysis of the reasons,including the imperfection of the relevant legal system,the reasons for the preschool education institutions themselves,the inadequate supervision of the regulatory authorities and so on.The third chapter introduces the system of protecting children's rights and interests in the United States,Singapore and South Korea,followed by a specific analysis of the three countries' system,and draws the conclusion that the three countries have the characteristics of protecting the right to life and health of preschool children.And then get the excellent experience suitable for our country.Chapter IV puts forward suggestions on improving the protection system ofpreschool children's right to life and health in kindergartens in China,mainly including two aspects: the formulation and promulgation of the Law on Preschool Education,the improvement of relevant laws on the protection of preschool children's right to life and health,and the increase of investment in preschool education funds in the supporting system.At the same time,we should establish a regular inspection system for school building safety,establish and improve the accountability system and improve our social equity system.
