Research On Administrative Accountability Mechanism In Food Safety Supervision

In recent years, the field of food safety accidents occur frequently,"Sudanincident","Nestle infant formula transgenic events","Lipton poor fluoride poisoningcases","Jinhua ham dichlorvos event""melamine incident","waste oil" all events areshocking piece of food safety incidents so that we have to reflect on the food safetyregulatory system. Criticized violations on our business, the accountability of thegovernment administration has quietly begun.2003"SARS incident" indicates thatChina has begun to implement administrative accountability. However, theadministrative accountability system in the field of food safety regulation is not veryhealthy, therefore, has important theoretical and practical significance in theory,research and administrative accountability system to explore the field of food safetyregulation. This paper is divided into two parts, the first part is the introduction, thesecond part is the body..Introduction section includes the purpose and significance, thearticle topics and research status at home and abroad. Body part is divided into threechapters: Chapter conducted from food safety regulation and supervision of food safetyin two elaborate administrative accountability, defined food security, basic concepts offood safety supervision and administrative accountability. The second chapter analyzesthe status quo of China’s food safety supervision in administrative accountability andproblems. The third chapter from the reform of food safety regulatory agencies, foodsafety supervision in administrative procedures and remedies and accountability toestablish and improve food safety supervision system in supporting administrativeaccountability to talk about three aspects of how to build China’s food safetysupervision in administrative accountability mechanisms.
