People, government officials and theoretical workers have focused on the fairness.In the new century, our understanding of fairness has rapid development. However, the existing researches, in content, also are the lack of overall system research problems of social undertakings in the field of unfair. On the point of departure, there has been no prominent socialist market economy which is the foundation of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. In view of this, this article is guided by the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, influenced by the perspective of the socialist market economy, education, health care, and social security, this paper discusses the current Chinese society in general cause unfair issues in the field of main manifestation, causes and countermeasures.This article main view is:first, the fair is fair in the field of social undertakings. Unfair problem in the field of the current Chinese society is characterized by social undertakings lags behind economic development, and performance between urban and rural, regional, social groups, the unfair of social undertakings.Second, we should know and solve the problem of the current Chinese social undertakings in the field of unfair, neither to western equity theory as the instruction, also cannot be guided by the traditional socialism theory, only under the guide of the social fair theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Third, China’s current social undertakings in the field of unfair at the root of the problem and the consequences are complex, from the unity of the system and policy to realize its root, from the unity of social construction and other areas to realize the consequences of it.Fourth, China’s current social cause unfair problem, the main responsibility in social undertakings is to adhere to the principle of multiple subject of government-led, object in the social undertakings, to insist on the urban and rural, regional, the weak group as a whole under the priority principle, on the level of development of social undertakings, to adhere to the social development is consistent with the economic development of the bottom line of fairness, on the route of social career decision-making to adhere to the principle of procedural justice of social participation.
