The number of children with disabilities in China increased year by year, according to the second national handicapped person sampling survey data show that the country had1.678million disabled children aged0to6, accounting for2.02%of the total number of the disabled, however, in special rehabilitation services for disabled children it is limited, and not fully meet the demand of the disabled children family rehabilitation, still have a lot of loopholes and deficiencies. So, the problem of rehabilitation aid for disabled children has become a major social problem in our country must face and to be solved urgently.In this study as the research object of the disabled children aged0to6, adopts questionnaire investigation and case interview method, the main source of income to the families of disabled children, living standards, the life care, medical rehabilitation and demand for rehabilitation aid for disabled children are analyzed, and the part of rehabilitation rehabilitation service, service content, and so on and so forth, to real, objective reflection of the problems existing in the rehabilitation aid for disabled children and deficiencies. The main content of this paper is as follows: the first part mainly expounds the research background of rehabilitation services for disabled children, the research significance, research methods and possible innovations. The second part expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of rehabilitation for disabled children, and the development of rapid rehabilitation services for disabled children in China. The third part is to changsha city of hunan province as an example, and supplemented by case studies, on the current rehabilitation services for disabled children in the city of supply and demand situation to carry on the profound analysis, and the demand for rehabilitation services for disabled children and accept the situation related factors analysis. The fourth part on the basis of investigation and analysis, find out the current problems existing in the rehabilitation services. The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of perfecting our country’s rapid rehabilitation services for disabled children.Empirical studies show that children with disabilities due to its special properties, the demand for medical rehabilitation and training function is very strong, this also is the necessary way to return to normal life. However, the current gap between supply and demand of service, service recovery cost burden, lack of service team and a series of problems, investigate its reason mainly lies in the policies and regulations system is not sound, and inadequate government support factors restricting the development of disabled children rehabilitation service mechanism. At the end, this article in view of the current problems of rehabilitation services, put forward the government-led, on the basis of the family, based on community, supported by agencies of the integrated services network development ideas, and from the legal mechanism, rehabilitation services, prevention and screening, community rehabilitation and so on four aspects to improve the rehabilitation services to children with any disability.
