Women’s equal employment rights as an important part of women’s human rights system,for the women’s group has very important value and profound significance."Equality"is the goals that our country and even the entire human society has always been pursuit.In my opinion,we want to realize the equality between men and woman,it is necessary to guarantee women’s equal employment rights.If women’s equal employment rights can get practical protection,women’s groups can widely involved in the field of employment.Economic independence as the premise and foundation of independent thought and personality independence,only to get economic independence,to make women really get rid of unequal status.Although,in recent years,the international community,and all countries in the world to make a lot of efforts to realize the equality of women employment rights and has made remarkble achievements.However,women employment inequality is still common and abound,the same to our country.Women’s equal employment rights can not get effective guarantee,there are many reasons,such as social historical and culcurul reasons,political and economic reasons,and the legal system reasons.Today’s society is a society which under the rule of law,if the rights can not protected effective,no matter how important in advocate,will eventually be useless.According to this idea,the integrated use of several methods,for instance literature analysis method,and combination with the theory and practice,and the comparison of methods.Through in-depth analysis of the problem of legal reasons,and the analysis of international human rights law,obtain beneficial enlightement.So as to put forward such suggestion that how to use and improve the law to make women’s equal employment rights to obtain the effective protection of law. Making women’s equal right to employment from ought to be turned into reality.
