Now there is a new type of old-age model calledthe community old-age pension mode, it has gained a lot of attention from all walks of lifeof the elderly, also began to pay attention to care for the elderly. The community caremodel not only can make up for the deficiency of children not filial now in the knees, alsohas the advantages of some social pension institutions do not have. Shanghai in thecommunity endowment this mode is also the pioneer. Now, almost every house willdevelop many of the community endowment service project, the community elderly after accepting various projects of pension service, will also make the evaluation of the service,analyzes its satisfaction, the satisfaction will be restricted by some objective conditions,can largely help to community service workers we analyze the factors that can affect thecommunity’s attitude toward the elderly in community service project. In this way, eachcommunity workers can do some work on the adjustment according to the specificsituation, get rid of deficiency of original work, let the community elderly people livebetter service, improve their community endowment service satisfaction.This paper is to use the past scholars research on community service satisfaction asthe basis for the research object, and then put forward the image in the community,community elderly of pension service perception and evaluation as well as the elderly whatservice requirements and other issues, according to the related investigation, theinfluencing factors of the Shanghai City community satisfaction in some practical analysis.
