The Research On Diversified Pension Institutions In China

With the rapid growth of the elderly population, China has entered the aging society.At the same time, due to a variety of factors in the implementation of the family planningpolicy, increased social mobility, changing people’s ideas, such as the impact oftraditional family support function tends to weaken, especially in the cities, the nuclearfamily began to occupy the dominant position. In this social context, the elderly pensionissue appeared, people in this process to pay attention to the social endowmentinstitutions. However, due to lack of funds, pension institutions’ function is not perfect,the ideas of elderly people, and many other reasons, the pension institutions in solvingthe problem of the aged has many problems to be solved.With the continuous development of social progress and people continue to exploreresearch, institutional pension model is gradually developed and perfected. In this paper,taking Tai’an city as an example, analysis the present situation of the pension situation ofTai’an city and pension institutions, in addition, taking Tai’an city elderly people as atarget launched a questionnaire and interview on pension demand, combined with theabove empirical analysis, the author drew on the experience of the advanced mode ofsome developed countries, and proposed some countermeasures for constructing thediversified pension institutions. Currently, the city pension agency research focused onsome of the most developed cities, but for some relatively backward small cities, socialservice function is still not perfect, but also small and medium-sized cities are not gaps ingovernment support and investment in the community, another agency when conductingresearch in this article pension issues, supply and demand attention from both thedeparture and thus targeted countermeasures proposed pension agency, so this article isof great reference significance for institutional pension problems of small and mediumcities.
