The Performance Management Of The Basic People’s Court Y In Guangdong Province

The people’s court is the public sector exercising judicial authority in accordance with the law. Whether the trial management is scientific and reasonable or not, has a direct impact on the exercise of jurisdiction and the realization of judicial justice. Therefore, the performance management of the people’s court has important research value. The author thinks, the performance management of the people’s court should be targeted at social demands, following objective law, using the performance management tools, as these will improve the judging quality and efficiency. This article gives the example of the basic people’s court Y in Guangdong province, to point out the causes of existing problems, and present solutions by introducing theoretical models such as MBO (Management Buy-Outs), KPI(Key Performance Indicator), BSC(Balanced Score Card),and so on.
