School-enterprise cooperation is the basic method to train skilled talent in secondary vocational school. School-enterprise cooperation is one of running modes.The main bodies of the school-enterprise cooperation make mang practices around how to culture of killed talent,but they encounter a lot of difficulties.Those difficulties affect the orderly operation of school-enterprise cooperation.Therefore,the issue about how to guarantee the orderly operation of school-enterprise cooperation is very important.The research on operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation is put on the agenda.In this paper, the author thinks that because of the difference local economic development has personal requirements as well as conditions of running schools and other influence factors, so it is unrealistic to build a one-size-fits-all school-enterprises cooperation mechanism.Therefore in this paper,the author selected D school and X school as a carrier in order to research school-enterprises cooperation mechanism.Around how to run the cooperation between school and enterprise to discuss the formation operating mechanism in those vocational schools’ specific pratice.
