| With the continuous deepening of the reform of vocational education,the cooperation between X Secondary Vocational School and enterprises is becoming increasingly intense.However,from the actual process,we can see that the cooperation is still at a relatively low level because both of them belonging to two different social areas.Neither has promoted the depth of cooperation to the development of curriculum,not to mention a more robust mechanism of curriculum development for school-enterprise cooperation.This study takes X Second Vocational school as the research object.Through the survey,it is found that there are many problems in the current school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development mechanism in X vocational schools,such as the lack of relevant systems and organizations,the lack of relevant incentive mechanisms,and the communication of relevant personnel is not smooth and so on.The main leaders of the school do not fully understand the value and significance of the curriculum development of school-enterprise cooperation.The lack of internal driving force for the participation of enterprises in the development of school-enterprise cooperation,the government does not play a role in macro-control,and the industry associations do not play the role of "intermediary".All these factors are the main causes of these problems.The author believes that the internal and external aspects of the X Secondary Vocational School should be started to strengthen the development of the school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development mechanism.The specific recommendations are as follows:1.Raise the level of relevant understanding of the main leaders of the school;2.Strengthen internal organization and system of the school’s construction;3.Enhance the investment of enterprises in the curriculum development of school-enterprise cooperation;4.Further improve the go vernment’s role in macro regulation and control and the guild association’s role as an "interme diary". |
