In recent years, as our country strongly advocated the re-education of teacher in-service, the training of teachers caused widespread concern and attention of the schools at all levels, more and more schools have organized various forms of teacher training activities. The training benefits are clear, the survey shows that many teachers reflects after the training,their knowledge and skills are improved.They cherish the hard-won training opportunities very much.Interning as a training developer in Cyber-Education College of East China Normal University, the author had the honor to obtain a certain degree of understanding of teacher training. In this study start with the statistical analysis of problems existing in teacher training, and then put forward making use of electronic portfolio in teacher training.Provide teacher training with knowledge management, learning reflection, collaboration, communication, and learning evaluation tools.In view of the current flourish of cloud computing technology and carry out a variety of applications, the article firstly describes cloud computing, and discusses the value of cloud computing services for teacher training. A full analysis of the integrated cloud environment Baihui net, select the the Baihui network personalized learning environment as teacher training eportfolio platform. With the portfolio to build a complete set of operational Instructional design programs of teachers teaching and implementation process.Through in-depth study of teacher training activities to analyze student evaluation factors using the analytic hierarchy process, and construct the student performance evaluation factors index model, and have the model solved to obtain the evaluation index weight of all levels. and use Fuzzy Mathematics method to evaluate the students. At the same time, design student learning reflection and group presentation rubric for the evaluation of knowledge and skills of the trainees.With the established electronic portfolio conducted a roud of teacher training, and after the training carry out the evaluation of students. The current training is viewed as the case to analyze how the application of the electronic portfolio affect training,and provide information for subsequent improvement.Finally, this paper summarized training practice and thesis results,and pointed out the inadequacies,also discussed follow-up research.
