To study the issue, this paper will argues three significant representative community governance modes inShenzhen, they are the administrative guidance type "Yan tian mode", residentsparticipated "Yue liang wan mode" and "Enterprise" leading "Lian hua bei sample".Through the comparison of the three modes, the conclusion of this paper is thatsuccessful community governance is the result of government, residents and“enterprise” interaction and “cooperation” rather than the other scholars analysismodel——“government” and “social” two element.
