Yoga is a science related to the body and mind through yoga practice.We can get the physical, mental health, and vitalitymore effective control of the body, the rhythm of the soul,to maintain inner peace." Only when the physical and mental equilibrium state, God will calm, poised, human can self-realization.However,nowdays, in a faster-paced lifestyle and greater social pressure of social background, female students at the school are in transition from adolescence to young adulthood transition phase. academic crisis, emotional crisis, the employment crisis, life crisis after another, one of the psychological characteristics of female students in this period is highly tendentious anxiety.At this stage of the female students, the lack of a healthy, effective and appropriate physical exercise and psychological guidance, making their health was seriously affected. This situation, I based on the unique fitness yoga philosophy, do experiments.This study selected Northwest Normal School of 2013 knowing and administered by the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Chinese bilingual class girls 30 girls in a class of 30 people,60 people were used as experimental subjects.Infiltration by Chinese traditional culture and cultural match between yoga into teaching, experiments carried out after one year of teaching, relevant indicators before and after the experiment were analyzed result.This study selected physiological indicators are as follows:① indicator reaction body shape have weight, height, waist, hip, thigh, calf circumference;② affect physical indicators for one minute sit-ups, sit and reach, standing long jump;③ physiology impact indicators for lung capacity.Detection of psychological quality choice "SCL-90 Mood Scale", respectively, the data obtained were analyzed before and after the experiment, before the experiment data obtained with the national norm data were analyzed after the experimental data obtained with the national norm data comparison analysis.Evaluation of social adaptability selected "college students’social adaptability Scale", the measured data were compared before and after the experiment.For the moral health of the evaluation, according to the research needs, design a questionnaire for testing.The study of literature, experiment, survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods, experimental subjects research and analysis, the results showed that:1. First of all, in terms of body shape, after yoga experimenter weight, waist, hip, thigh and other indicators have been significantly reduced, to reach a good weight loss shaping effect; Secondly, in terms of physical fitness, yoga practice after one minute sit-ups experimenter, Sit and Reach and standing long jump are improved,It proved waist yoga helps improve strength, flexibility, body and leg strength; and finally, from physiology point of view, after the experiment the experimenter’s lung capacity has increased,It can be proved that yoga breathing exercises to help improve lung capacity.2.yoga exercises can improve mental health practitioners.Yoga exercises in meditation, pranayama, postural exercises and a series of ways, by squeezing the glands, stimulate the endocrine system,May well maintain endocrine balance, improve people’s physical and mental state, people inside the infinite peace, stability, joy, learning to release stress in your life, good state of mind.3.Yoga helps to improve social adaptability practitioners.After the experiment moral qualities were improved compared to the previous experiment, it is apparent in this way yoga teaching, while exercise can improve the Students’Moral effectively promote the comprehensive development of contemporary college students moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic.4.Yoga helps to improve the moral health practitioners.The resulting data can be seen from the moral health of both the experimenter get a good improvement, individual private morality and family values, collective morality to morality, from small to large, from self to the people, the whole moral qualities experimenter improved.For the present study thus makes the following recommendations:1.Changing attitudes and awareness. Should read more about the yoga books, yoga lectures watch online video, more in-depth understanding of yoga culture, raising awareness of yoga.the teacher should always go to learn and improve their professional capacity, in order to better guide students.2.Sophisticated teaching content, and constantly improve teaching methods.Knowledge of bhakti yoga, yoga diet, Sanskrit chanting, Chinese traditional culture can be added to the teaching content,Enrich the teaching content, improve student interest.Change the traditional teaching methods, join Yoga exercises, yoga and other people, to improve students’ability solidarity.increasing the share class, students actively participate in the study, and the courage to share, learn to listen.3.Optimize the teaching environment.Yoga classroom windows have blinds, classroom lighting mild, oil spot before class can make use of some external factors, such as smoke,an purify air yoga to help students calm down, relieve anxiety into focused meditative state.
