The classroom teaching is a main battlefield to carry out the teaching targets and develop person’s ability. Then the only effective teaching can perform teaching efficiency to maximize and help the student to develop and the studying at the high school is very critical stage for a student to be a true and talented person.It deserves particularly more important and difficult to realize the effective teaching in remote areas due to the negative influence of the students quality, surroundings, and opinions etc. objective factors. It is base on how to promote the teaching situation and enhance the teaching efficiency to chose the research topic.This paper has six chapters, the purpose and meaning of the research was fingered in chapter one and two, there were three stages to be summarized combining the research achievements of effective teaching at home and abroad. In chapter3the standards of chemistry effective teaching were summarized the three effective teaching principles. With the chemistry teachers from four senior high schools of Wu Lan Cha Bu Alliance that locate in the middle-west of Inner Mongolia as research subjects, it adopted a questionnaires, observations and interviews etc.to survey to do two researches in chapter4. the one was to survey the age and educational level about the more than eighty teachers in this region, it getted the conclution that aging is serious and educational background is low whether original or existing, the other was the cognition datas and effective teaching behaviors that the subjects owned about the effective teaching. It was concluted that the subjects have some knowledge about the topic but it has a bit of cognitive errors, the teachers lack of enthusiasm on the teaching innovation because of the inherent teaching habits and occupation burnout.According to related teaching theory and the results of investigation getted in chapter5the three suggestions that raise effective chemistry teaching in the high school of remote areas from internal and external factors, namely:innovation of management strategy, implementation of scientific research cooperation, enhancement of moral construction of teachers as some references for the region schools and educational authorities.The shortages of this research were listed in chapter6.
