Today’s children are limited by the level of physical and mental development, mental capacity, a correct understanding of the limited capacity, experience and lack of experience, more vulnerable to failure and frustration. Life often see that some students "hit a snag," they cry; because test scores are not ideal or because parents, teachers criticized a few, ran away from home, and some even still have the idea of suicide. And consequences of the phenomenon of so many people regret it."Frustration, make people draw lessons, learn to analyze and deal with the problem, really" grow up."Now a lot of parents, the teachers were only paid attention to your child eat a good learning is good fun, reluctant to let children learn a little frustrated by the "fragile" Many students become the "Achilles heel", so for today’s students for the appropriate anti-frustration education, increase the number of temper, so that they understand how to properly deal with setbacks, failures, difficulties, and thus has a strong psychological affordability and a strong will, for their future growth, for the future development of our nation, has extraordinary significance. This paper is divided into four parts.
