Because of the rapid development of economy and society, great importance has attachedto Anti-frustration Education of university students. Achievements are also obtained in thisfield. But Chinese practical and systematic researches are still not enough. They need tocombine with the development of university students’ personality, physical and mental health.This paper is divided into five chapters. The introduction part highlights the cause oftopic selection, significance as well as the innovation of the thesis. The significance ofAnti-frustration Education of university students is much emphasized in Chapter One.Chapter Two elaborates the concepts of setbacks, Anti-frustration Education of universitystudents, and the system of Anti-frustration Education of university students. Literaturereview is also presented in this chapter. Chapter Three collects data of the questionnaire,analyzes the data with graphics, forms and word to explanation. Three problems, themisunderstanding of the Anti-frustration Education, the inadequate methods and the weak effects are found in the research. Chapter Four is the important part and innovation of thethesis. It puts forward the countermeasures according to the three problems of Anti-frustrationEducation is shown from logical and practical perspective. Then the model of Anti-frustrationEducation system is interpreted. The conclusion point out that the system model needs toperfect and improve constantly, and makes a scientific prediction for the position and role ofthe system model in the future development.The thesis sets “Anti-frustration Education” as a logical starting point, construct “Thesystem model of Anti-frustration Education of university students”, and map out the systemmodel picture of Anti-frustration Education of university students. The thesis turns abstract toconcrete, changes static to dynamic, change a single for the system. It enhances theconsciousness anti-frustration and promotes the ability of resistance to frustration ofuniversity students. It also provides the theoretical reference and experience support for otherstudies related to Anti-frustration Education of university students. It has important theoreticalvalue and practical significance.
