Executive function (EF) refers tothe individual in the process of implementing the purpose of behavior in a dynamic, flexible way to coordinate the multiple cognitive subsystems activities in complex cognitive processes. Good executive function can help individuals to self-regulation, future goal orientation, as well as the purpose of sexual behavior. In contrast, once the executive function of some barrier willleads to individuals in the planning, concept formation, abstract thinking, decision making, cognitive flexibility, the use of feedback, the chronological sequence of events, fluid intelligence, or general intelligence, the monitoring of their actions and other aspects of defects and poor self-behavior modification, social skills and judgment. This shows the development of executive function which plays an important role in the development of the individual.In this study, in order to fit Exercises for the intervention study of physical exercise that can improve college girls executive function, as physical exercise can improve cognitive function, and promote the implementation of improvement to provide a theoretical basis, perform the function of content-rich, and to select for different exercise crowd and the school can hardly do something to develop the physical education curriculum to provide the basis of practice.Select Yangzhou University,2011Bachelor aerobics Public Elective3classes a total of90girls as research subjects,divided into conventional teaching group exercise6weeks,12weeks of exercise group aerobics exercise intervention.
