Research On Hanazhou Senior Middle School PE Teachers’ Work Engagement And Influence Factors

Work engagement is the preleading factor in job performance, whoever highly engaged in the work,is always enthusiasm high,be with high sense of responsibility, and.the performance is more outstanding. PE teacher is the core of the sports education career and responsible for the high quality physical education directly. To strengthen PE teachers’ engagement has irreplaceable significance to improve the quality of physical education teaching, cultivate sports talents, promote the all-round development of students’physique.This study stand on the basis of predecessors’ research about the work engagement to revise the suitable Self-assessent questionnaire and Rating questionnaire for senior middle school PE teachers’work engagement.While relying on the Job Demands resources.
