In recent years, along with reform and development of China’s marketeconomy system, the transformation of growth economic mode, theadjustment of industrial structures and through the country science andeducation strategy, the education of our country has been rapid development.But due to inter-regional imbalances in economic development, the educationinvestment and the proportion of investment is different, formed the educationdevelopment not to be balanced, and show the extreme trend of development.In recent years, Erdos city relies on resource advantage, rapid development ofeconomy, education investment, education has improved, but with the sameof domestic educational development situation, with the unbalanceddevelopment of education produced, the fast development, but the farmingand stockbreeding areas relative slowly development, as a result of excellentteachers and students concentration of the city. MS Sunshine School as one ofthe agricultural and pastoral areas school, although it already had greaterprogress for a few years, but in the " mid and long China term educationalreform and development plan of2010-2020" introduced the background, alsofelt the hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges. In this context, how tobase on the actual school makes feasible development strategy, how to findand stimulate the internal driving force of school; MS Sunshine Schoolbecame the key problem to be solved urgently.The MS Sunshine School as the research object, through thecorresponding analysis of school strategic management, external environmentchance and threat’s in the school environment, compared with internaladvantages and disadvantages, formulate corresponding strategy, forevaluation and selection.Eventually the MS Sunshine school developmentstrategy fixed position, and formulate the overall strategic objectives: to2015preliminary MS Sunshine School become a student ego education, teachers’ active development, educational quality, scientific and standardizedmanagement, strong cultural atmosphere of the sustainable development, theimplementation of modern education in Erdos city of first-class schools, realin the time advance stage, leading the regional education development.Through this research, we can clearly know, as long as MS SunshineSchool overcoming their weak foundation, play advantage, consider thesituation, make the people-centered development strategy, positive changefrom internal to external development, there may be more robust to achievegreat development and progress, so to realize the sustainable development ofthe school and students’ lifelong education strategy.
