It has recently been accepted comprehensively that the strength training plays a very important role for the athelets to gain great marks.The main instruction of the cotches is to improve the quality of the strength in the trandational practice of the wrestling training,and the core to impove the quality of the strength is to offer training to the maxium strength and the absolute strength of the relative musle cluster. Although the training can offer better a full play to the maxium strength of the musle cluster,it has less obvious effort on the relative ability.The lack of the relative ability is prone to be the weak for the opponents as well as the main obstacle for Chinese athelets to do better.From the analyses of the technological features and the styles to use strength of the wrestling, we learn that the "persisting ability "is "strength torlerance" theorily.In order to pursure the realistic effort of the training of the torlerance,we have made12-week training programme and compare-training-programme of the "strength torlerance".When compare the idelogical and idechanical statestics of the atheles’s single traning as well as the changes of the various strength qualities’ standard after12weeks, we can reach an conclusion.1. The obvious differences of the number of the lactic acid.The strength-torlerance trainings have great influence on the lactic acid,which shows that the strength-torlerance trainings are more suitable to the enelogy-supply features in the enelogy-supply styles.2. Higher level to the BUN,and it will be normal next morning.There is less improvement to the evel of the CK.Those show that the strength-torlerance trainings are less in degree and more in qutanty.It has an obvious level on improvement of the athelets’non-oxygen-supply and has less stimulation on the body,as well it will not form a file of the weakness.3. It shoulb be paid more attention that after the strength-torlerance trainings the athelets have an great improvement on their maxium strength. But compared to the degree of the improvement of the normal strength trainings,it has a treat distance. 4. During the proceed of the strength-torlerance training,the athelets mainly feel relaxed after the proceed to get used to be.The athelets are more used to the normal strength trainings,but the athelets will feel weaker. Sometimes,it has an certain influence on the training of the next day...
