The requirements proposed for the construction of teachers’team in the educational plan outline, is also for the normal university students, who are to become teachers in the future. In order to meet the future operational needs of the teaching, normal university students’ educational responsibilities and their learning objectives, as well as their learning characteristics will surely have an impact on the future teaching. And therefore, it becomes an essential task to make a study concerning influence factors of normal university students’learning views in their normal educational stage.There are many factors affecting the conception of Learning of Normal University Students which have the most influence is the teacher factor. During the university teaching process, the two main factors affecting normal university students’ learning views reflect in the implicit learning views of college teachers and their teaching process, methods and languages. Thus this article attempts to make a research about college teachers’teaching process, methods and languages from the perspective of normal university students, aiming to deeply study the extent of its influence. In the external environment, it is the college teachers who are the main affecting factors of university students’learning views. This article about college teachers and normal university students’understanding of learning, along with the teaching behavior of college teachers and university students’current learning situations. We preliminarily probe into its influence on transformation of normal university students’learning views from many different aspects, such as the college teachers’teaching attitude, their views to knowledge, views to learning, their teaching methods, the interaction between teachers and students, the timely class evaluation, and teaching language etc.This paper consists of six parts:the introduction, the body of four sections, and problems and prospects. We give a brief account of it as follows:The introductory section:mainly consists of research background, research questions being raised.The first section:the basic theory part. Mainly contains:delimit the conception, research on the conception of Learning at home and abroad, summarize of teacher factors, the lack of existing research, ideals and assumptions, methods introduced and aims and significances.The second section:through the analysis of the literature, we elaborated what learning views normal university students should have in the background of new curriculum reform, also we made and carried on questionnaires about the current situations of normal university students’ learning views, and teachers in the eyes of students. To the normal university students, we set questions from their understandings of nature of knowledge, the essence of learning, learning process, and learning conditions and so on. To the college teachers, we set questions from their teaching attitude, their views of knowledge, views of learning, their teaching methods, their interaction with the students, their timely evaluation in class, their teaching language and so on. Then we carried on the investigation among the science students of juniors in one normal university.The third section:according to the investigation results, we analyzed the influences of college teachers on the normal university students’ learning views by the methods of description analysis, relevance analysis and multiple regression analysis.The fourth section:we pondered over the analysis of investigation results, and then made some suggestions on the teaching of college teachers.Finally, in the problems and prospects section, we analyzed some limitations of this research, and meanwhile made an outlook on the future studies.
