With the development of modern teaching reform comprehensive implementation of "health first " guiding idea, school sports has experienced a series of hitherto unknown changes, first implementation of PE optional course among Beijing colleges in2002emphasized the dominant position of students, enhanced students’ interest and brought some negative effects for the education reform. One of the most serious problems is that university students’physique drops generally.10years of practice experience illustrate that university students’physique are worse than middle school students, middle school students physique even pupils. In view of the fact that many scholars’studies are from a single PE optional course of college students physical fitness, for the curriculum reform in Colleges and universities after various sports option class of non sports major students’ Physique Research is not very comprehensive, as a result, in this paper we apply the methods of literature, experiment, statistics and other methods. We do experience on94non-sports professional2009grade undergraduate students of Beijing Sport University. we do research before and after the basketball, taekwondo, athletics, badminton teaching experiment on students, furthermore, we comparative analysis physical changes among students, in order to study the ordinary universities sports curriculum influence on College Students’ health level, seeking a more scientific and more effective curriculum plan for the physical education course in Colleges and universities setting and provide a theoretical basis. The conclusions are as follows:1. Experiments in teaching basketball elective course of college male students in body weight and body quality of50meters, standing long jump, sit-ups, step test indexes were significant differences; female college students50meters, sit-ups, sit and reach, grip strength, step test showed a significant difference.2. Taekwondo teaching class student body weight and body function have significant differences in physical fitness of male college students; sit-ups and sit and reach significant difference50meters, female college students, sit-ups and standing long jump of significant difference.3. Track and field teaching class student body weight and body quality of50meters, sit-up, standing long jump step test and has significant difference.4. Badminton teaching class weight, physical function of male college students have significant differences; female college students’body function with a very significant difference in male college students; physical quality of sit-ups, grip strength and female college students sit and reach, grip strength has significant difference.5. Through32hours of track and field, basketball, taekwondo, badminton teaching experiment, male students’ physical condition as follows: weight effect at the top is taekwondo; physical function, endurance and lower-limb explosive strength quality is the track and field; waist and abdomen muscle endurance, speed and quality of pliability is basketball; power ability of the upper extremity is badminton; female university students’physique condition manifests as follows:significant changes in weight and waist and abdomen muscle endurance quality is Taekwondo; physical function, speed and quality of lower-limb explosive strength quality is the track and field; endurance and upper limb power quality is basketball; pliability is badminton.
