Speaking as one of the most basic form of speech, is the foundation of language, oral communication teaching to improve students’ Chinese accomplishment in order to adapt to the times and social requirement is very important and necessary, but according to some of this understanding, the oral communication teaching due to the development of curriculum reform had a great progress but it is still not optimistic. Oral communication lacks strong support of situational teaching, while the implementation of inefficient.Faced with this situation, this paper aims at analyzing the Erdos primary school oral communication situation, theories of domestic and foreign oral communication and context, through literature research, questionnaire survey, from the overall comprehensive study of oral communication teaching and situation teaching, explore the communicative strategy from the new situation angle, looking for new methods oral communication teaching students’ development.This study first examine the connotation and essence of the oral communication teaching, from the characteristics of situational teaching, found the seam good oral communication, situated perspective, explore the essential situation teaching and oral communication, in order to situational relevance theory as the basis, from a variety of ways to integrate the oral communication and situational teaching, put forward as reasonable and oral communication teaching strategy, the creation of the choice of topics creating situation--generating situation--Construction of evaluation contexts link, make oral communication teaching not only method and concrete steps of the guide, so as to make oral communication teaching more situational, life. At the same time, the new education experiment combined with the Inner Mongolia Erdos City Dongsheng district is carried out like a raging fire, according to the content and characteristics and find the combination point and oral communication teaching, the situational teaching mode and oral communication teaching ingenious combination. So that the implementation of the new educational experiment, followed by Dongsheng district education situation, at the same time, but also saves a lot of time and energy, will play the validity and effectiveness of the oral communication teaching to the extreme, thus changing the oral communication teaching low efficiency even by the new education experiment occupy or kill the status quo, reversing the oral communication a weak position, so as to help develop students oral language, as a contribution to the reform of Chinese teaching!...
