With the further development of China’s opening to the outside world, people pay more and more attention to the importance of English. English learning can not only expand the way of communication, but also promote the learners’ mental development effectively and improve their thinking and cognitive ability. However, after nearly ten years of English learning, a large number of students’ comprehensive abilities in using English are low. It is a major challenge to the China’s traditional English classroom teaching mode. How to improve the effectiveness of English classroom teaching in our country and how to promote the development of students’ language ability have become the education department and the relevant English teachers’ urgent proposition. This is the research background of this paper.On the basis of the domestic and foreign teaching art research literature, this paper puts forward non-intelligence factors based on the perspective of English classroom teaching art. There are more research shows, non-intelligence factors of motivation, interest, emotion and will, character and English learning result into a positive, and the use of teaching art is not only beneficial to stimulate students’ English learning motivation, arouse the interest of learning English, and conducive to learning English. Learning will enhance the emotion and cultivate good character.Based on the analysis of the basic theory of classroom teaching art, this thesis conducted a questionnaire survey through the selection of school students. Students’ non-intelligence factors in English learning have much more problems, such as learning motive utilitarianism, interest is not high, and students are fear of emotions in learning English and so on. The survey found that some teachers have deficiencies in the aspects of classroom teaching, questioning, teaching language, and teaching evaluation and so on. The current English classroom teacher-student relationships are also investigated. According to the survey results, this paper puts forward non-intelligence factors into the classroom teaching art, language art, body language art, art of questioning and evaluation of teaching art which play important role in the concrete implementation aspect. Finally this article thinks that these English classrooms teaching arts successful implementation requires teachers to change their concept and role, interactive environment, optimization improving teacher-student communication, improve their quality of teachers. This paper is based on the research of non-intelligence factors perspective to study the art of teaching with the use of students’ English learning effect, not only analyzes the function principle, which also used a questionnaire survey carried out in-depth practice analysis, countermeasure and measure that has a good operability and feasibility, this article has certain innovation value and guidance significance.
