In this paper, firstly, based on the research background the introduction presents reasons on the subject. Secondly, based on the domestic and foreign related articles and book reviews it defines the concept of the new curriculum, primary school music teaching and academic evaluation, study the significance of the subject,then determine the research method of this article.There are five chapters in total. In the first chapter,it is the introduction, which puts forward the reason, purpose, research ideas and research methods on research results of current domestic and international "academic evaluation of primary school music".In the second chapter, it is the investigation and analysis on the current situation of academic evaluation of primary school music in Xuhui District of Shanghai, and it gives the preliminary consideration on the strategy of evaluation implementation.In the third chapter, it is the research on music academic evaluation strategy in primary school. The author puts forward three primary school music learning evaluation strategies,which include the design strategy of evaluation benchmark; the operation strategy of evaluation implementation and the explanation strategy of evaluation results. In the fourth chapter, it is the research and analysis of the implementation of music academic evaluation in primary school under the new curriculum background. First the author the characteristics of primary school music learning evaluation under the background of new curriculum; then analyzes the practice of the academic evaluationin of in some schools in Shanghai; finally is the test and analysis of samples.In the fifth chapter, it is the conclusion and suggestions.
