The Interactive Influence On The Employment Situation Of Uygur College Students In Southern Xinjiang And The Ethnic Relationships Between Uygur And Han

The employment situation of university students has been widespread concerned by many people. And it worthed paying attention to the employment situation of Uygur college students in Southern Xinjiang as it should be. There has been the interactive influence on the employment situation of Uygur college students in Southern Xinjiang and the ethnic relationships between Uygur and Han. This paper surveyed the employment situation of Uygur college students in Kashgar Teachers College and analysis the ethnic relationships between Uygur and Han of Kashgar city by using the questionnaire, participant observation and interviewing methods. It pointed out the measures that Kashgar Teachers College had taken to promote Uygur college students’ employment, the reasons which caused the negative affect to the employment situation of Uygur college students and the relevant countermeasures to promote the full employment of Uygur college students. And then, pointed out the ethnic relationships between Uygur and Han though three measure indicators, which were living pattern, language, social contact, by investigating the people who worked in the government departments, undertakings and individual and private enterprises in Kashgar. At last, clarified the interactive influence on the employment situation of Uygur college students in Southern Xinjiang and ethnic relationships between Uygur and Han of Kashgar.
