Along with the vigorous development of the reform and opening up in China, people’s living standards continue to improve, the pursuit of health, the high quality of life of a modern lifestyle. Under the background of national energetical support, our fitness market rapid development, people growing demand for commercial fitness club. This research through to the Beijing commercial fitness club operators, fitness coaches, management of members and the club itself, in order to understand the current situation, the Beijing commercial fitness club can better meet the needs of people scientific fitness and healthy living, promote the development of sports industry in Beijing.This article USES the literature material method, field survey method, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other research methods, on the current situation of Beijing commercial fitness club to carry out investigation and research. Research results show that:1. Relevant government laws and regulations, policy lagging, the sports market management mechanism is not sound, the management responsibility unknown, coupled with the lack of sports market management experience, make people access to the fitness club for consumer’s enthusiasm is not high. Suggested the government macroeconomic regulation and control the problems arising from the management, supervision and standardize its operation process.2. The convergence of Beijing commercial fitness club management course is larger, the lack of characteristic projects, the lack of service quality, management and master of none, all needs to be improved. Suggestions to improve their innovation ability, to meet the personalized needs of members.3. Beijing commercial fitness club operators lack of high quality and high quality sports management talent, although half of the operators in the fitness industry for six years, but most were from the coach to management and operation knowledge, influence the development of the club.4. Beijing commercial fitness club coaches showed a trend of getting younger over the designated age, many of them are students from various sports colleges and universities just graduation soon, knowledge source is normal, but the work experience, to accept continuing education and less go out learning opportunities, guidance lack of experience.5. Most of Beijing commercial fitness club service object subject positioning in middle income people, the club way and communication between the members of the same, the lack of its own characteristics, and the citizen consciousness of sports fitness consumption needs to be improved.6. The Beijing commercial fitness club’s propaganda way too single, publicity coverage area is small, brand operation consciousness is not strong.
