The Research On Mongolian Empty—Nesters In The View Of Social Work

With the rapid advance of urbanization and social transformation, a large number of rural surplus labor leave their homeland to transfer into urban area and non-agricultural industries. Many rural young labors go into city which cause a problem’empty-nest’families,(old people living without their children). It is also presents a challenge to the traditional pension model based on family pension. Due to the weakening of the family pension mode, there are appearing some different problems on economic supports, life care, psyche solace in’empty-nest’families.The paper carried out the Mongolian empty nest elderly people in agricultural areas. The paper composed of six parts which are introduction, sample of Dao Lao Dai village, Da Qin Ta La town and current situation of empty nest elderly people, analysis of main problems and influencing factors of empty nest elderly people daily life, suggestion about empty nest elderly people from the perspective of social work, conclusion and references. The introduction descries the reason and meaning of the topic, also introduces related researches, research methods and concepts.Chapter one, summarize the Basic situation of Dao Lao Dai village, Da Qin Ta La town and empty nest elderly people.Chapter two, mainly elaborate pension of empty nest elderly people from the three aspects which are the working situation of empty nest elderly peoples children, the daily life of empty nesters, and Medical care and spiritual life, also Analyzes the affecting main factors of the retirement of empty-nesters.Chapter three, give some related Recommendations to retirement of empty-nesters from the point of social profession work. The part of conclusion summarized above three chapters, and proposed the practical significance of the Mongolian empty nesters. Also referred to the inadequacies of the papers which will be strengthen perfect in future studies.This paper argues that to solve rural empty nesters pension problems in this weakening of family pension social, we have to constantly improve in the following areas:1, The provision of social services to rural empty nesters.2, Establish and improve the rural empty nesters organizations to create a warm family to them.3,to implement the principles of family and social pension.4, Empty nesters need to learn self-psychological adjustment and strengthening of social adaptability.5, focusing on the power of social assistance, strengthening community welfare services.6, strengthen communication and exchange of the two generations.The paper based on informative survey data to study the typical example of the rural empty nesters, people of Dao Lao Dai village, Da Qin Ta La town. At the same time, describe the rural empty nesters living conditions and problems and proposed the corresponding counter measures.The harmony and stability of rural social is the cornerstone of a harmonious and stable society. Therefore, to solve the pension of rural empty nester problems during urbanization is an important strategic significance to achieve sustainable economic, social development and the construction of a harmonious society in China.
