The nature of the study on teachers’ professional orientation, the academic community has been using the basic quality of teachers to identify the characteristics, and then set up in accordance with this basic quality courses, designed a set of train basic model of this trait. China’s "national long-term education reform and development planning framework " which has important strategic significance proposed by teacher resources development and management, to establish an effective junior high school mathematics teacher quality training mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm, creativity and initiative of teachers’ personnel, the development of the junior high school mathematics teaching.The paper including five parts:The introduction of the thesis introduces Hohhot Experimental High School "four independent" overview of the mathematics teaching mode and explains the purpose and significance of the topic as well as the country, inside and outside the research status and research methods.The second chapter " four independent" overview of the mathematics teaching mode, analysis the Hohhot Experimental High School " four independent" mathematics teaching mode of practice the course of the study in real class.
