In the low class management of the primary school, the teacher should educate and guide students to learn self-management, self-education, and give full play to the initiative of the students, making each low period primary school student become not only the object of management, but also the main body of management, so as to achieve the education purpose, that is "To manage is in order not to manage". According to the survey on lower section students in the school, we can find the following four problems, that is, students’awareness of self-management needs to be strengthened; the content of self-management remains to be standardized; the strategies self-management requires to be perfected; attention to self-management in family education needs to be improved. In view of these weaknesses, research group strives to explore a suitable training mode for low section students in the course of practice. First of all, based on poor self-control behavior characteristics of the low segment students, formulate scientific operating rules of self-management; Secondly, take thinking from another way and trigger introspection as the research core, making the lower section students to form self management ability; Finally, with positive activities as research ties, develop students’self-management habits. After practice research combined with the age characteristics of low class students, it can be found that in the process of cultivating students’self-management capabilities, there exist several strong operational strategies: Discuss independently so as to create a good self-management environment; Set an example and play the leading role; choose the appropriate way in order to teach students in accordance of their aptitude. With the coordination of the school, family and all sectors of the community, this research subject has achieved a certain practice effect, students can master and adopt management approaches which are suitable for their own, as well as develop "four kinds of ability","three kinds of consciousness","two habits","one kind of spirit". Teachers’ education concept has changed significantly, and they can realize the importance of their self education. Parents give more support to their children’s study, besides that, they play an especially important role in children’s self education and self management. However, these results don’t mean that there is just one approach to developing students’ self management ability. On the way of future education practice, we should explore more approaches which are suitable for the self management development of low section of the elementary school students, and diversify self management channels as well as make the choice of methods more flexible.
