With the implement of new curriculum reform, It is generally believed that, only change the way students learn, change the traditional classroom,which focused only on teachers, classroom, and books,can students’ learning situation be improved. And then autonomous learning began to gradually come into the sight of people. Compared with other learning methods, autonomous learning emphasis on cultivating students’ creative consciousness and hands-on ability. When the new curriculum concepts change into specific class teaching practice, the students’ learning plays a decisive role. Autonomous learning, as one of the main manner, in a new round of curriculum reform, has become the important learning way of the new curriculum reform advocates, and more and more get the advocation of the teacher and students. In education practice, however, the formation of students’ autonomous learning way is facing many problems. Around the junior middle school students’ autonomous learning, concidering the leading role of teachers, research on how to improve students’ autonomous learning from the perspective of teachers. Through the questionnaire survey gains the problems existing in the junior middle school about students’ autonomous learning, to discuss the reason of junior high school students autonomous learning problems, and considering from the teacher’s leading role, to find some effective strategies for junior middle school students’ autonomous learning, so that students can learn how to learn, how to truly become masters of learning.Thesis mainly included five parts: the first part mainly introduces the origin of the research question and the significance of research, this article discusses the purpose of junior middle school students to study independently, and the research way of this study; The second part mainly introduced the related concept of autonomous learning and literature review of the study, so that it is convenient for later investigation and study, this part has gained the content of the influence factors of autonomous learning, and explains the main concepts,including the learning way, autonomy and autonomous learning, teachers leading; Introduced the main content of the studies on autonomous learning at home and abroad, and comments on the domestic and foreign research review put forward the problems and shortcomings; The third part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of autonomous learning, this paper introduces the humanistic theory, subject education theory, lifelong education theory, cognitive learning theory, constructivism learning theory, teachers’ mediation theory and so on; The fourth part mainly for research stage, including the questionnaire of the production and implementation process, etc. Junior middle school students’ autonomous learning is discussed from five aspects of current situation and existing problems, mainly including motivation, self-study consciousness, learning strategy, learning process monitoring, learning environment; According to the survey data of the fifth part, teachers guide students’ autonomous learning strategies, points out that to develop the students’ autonomous learning should improve the students’ non-intelligence factors, should improve the students’ learning motivation, etc. The third and forth part arethe main and difficult content of this study.
