Under the reform of new curriculum, information techonology, as a required course in senior high school, was required higher and newer classroom management. The traditional management model of teacher-centered and ignoring the individual differences of students no longer fits the current senior high school information technology class. The author uses The Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline (Trial) and the concept of scientific development as a guide, applies the knowledge of traditional Chinese philosophy, educational psychology, educational sociology, management and the knowledge of education and teaching, learns from the existing research results home and abroad, proposes an effective classroom management model of grouping students, people-oriented and win-win situation between teachers and students based on the classroom problems exposed in the daily work. This thesis adopts the senior high school information technology classroom management as the research subject, applies the research method of combining theory and practice, and aims to solve the classroom management problem.In this thesis, the author uses the methods of edcational action research, literature study, questionnaire survey and experimental research, trying to stimulate the motivation of students’self-management, change the management model of teachers, and develop effective classroom management rules through three educaitonal action researches. The goal of the three action researches is to create a harmonious atmosphere in the classroom, and to achieve the maximum efficience of classroom management. The ultimate objective of the study is to propose a suitable claaroom management model of senior high school information technology class.
