Everything for development of each student is the highest aim and the nuclear idea ofNew Curriculum. Carrying out the life education for students is not only to fit for thereforming spirits of New Curriculum, but to show that we must put the job as the first placewhich is protecting students’ life and promoting ones’ health, and to embody the aim needs toenhance the sense of self-protection and ability of students. The school is the important placeto carry out the life education, and the school education is the major carrier for carrying on thelife education. Whereas, the school life education including the content, the levels, theassessment system and the basic form, and so on is still lack of unified planning and thesystematic construction. It is relatively single of the life education among the subject teachingmaterials existed at present; and it is not so powerful of the practical applicability, pertinenceand guidance for the students’ development physically and emotionally. It is also lack of theeffective operative guidance for the promoting the little pupils’ viability and the cultivating oflife sense.No. Nine Primary School in Sanya owns the advanced education idea and the runningthought, which possesses the deep tradition of reform and exploration. Nowadays, the maturecomprehensive school curriculum system has come into being, and it is of great experienceson the curriculum development and construction. But the researches on the life education ofthe school-based curriculum are still resting on the initial level. Based on the researches onthe relevant theories of school-based curriculum, the article conducted the present conditionanalysis by the survey and study of No. Nine Primary School in Sanya, and put forward thesuggestions, which is hoped to provide the theory support and practice guidance fordeveloping the life education to serve better for the pupils development.Based on the researches of survey and study of No. Nine Primary School in Sanya, thestudy analyzed the feasibility of school-based curriculum developing on life education, andcarried through the practical searching of life education for school-based curriculum. Theresearch showed that the development of life education of the school-based curriculum hasthe major enhancement for the cognitive level on life and behavior aspect among pupils, andthe three aspects on teachers’ life sense, the life theoretical attainment and the capacity forscientific research have been promoted considerably. Meanwhile the research showed that it ishard for teachers to control the teaching objects on carrying out the life education, and to shiftthe teachers; role, which is related to the lacking of education theory attainment of teachers.The article proposed the suggestions to enhance the teachers’ life professional knowledge, and then effectively expanded the depth and breadth of life education to facilitate the increasingdevelopment of life education. In the end, the article collected the teaching references andactivity cases on the pupils’ life education of No. Nine Primary School in Sanya, andconducted the careful evaluation and analysis.
