School is the main venue for education implementation, as well teaching is the basic way for school tocarry out education. PE is one of the tasks of achieving all of the teaching goals, and also a necessaryelement to spread the quality-oriented education. In the2011edition of the Sport&Health CourseStandards revision by the National Ministry of Education, it’s stressed again that the Sport&Health courseis an import way to enhance students’ health and also has an important and far-reaching significance toimprove the whole nation’s physical quality. For better implementation of the Sport&Health course, thereis a need for a more complete and sound evaluation system, and only then, can we see the scene thateveryone doing exercise.This thesis is a contrast teaching experiment research on the fifth grade students, under the guidelineof the2011edition new course standard, with the title "Experimental Research of Study Evaluation onPrimary School Students Taking the Sport&Health Course". There are four phases in the teaching researchprocess. Prior to commencing the researching, confirm the students’ learning situation of the experimentalclass and the compared class, and the result showed that the two classes were at the same level, whichconform to the basic research requirements. After more three months teaching, there comes the differencebetween the experimental class and the compared class, and for the same PE content and skills that havebeen taught in the class, the experimental class students score higher than that of the compared class. Theresearch proves that under certain teaching conditions, those teaching strategies are effective for developingcountry primary school students’ learning ability.Based on the thesis contrast research teaching, the author also found that there’s still a huge gapbetween the country education and the city education. However, the gap is adjustable. It’s mainly on moneyand equipment, which will improve under the government’s adjustment and support.It’s concluded:(1) During the experiment, the students showed excellent learning capability, and theirability on observance, imitation and imagination got great improvement, and their learninginterest also developed greatly. However, the effect of cultivating the students’ innovation and exploration ability and practicing ability on PE course wasn’t so apparent, and their attentionof sports knowledge and emphasis on sports health didn’t get significant improvement. Theyknow even less about sports nutrition and substance metabolism.(2) Participating this PE&Health course evaluation program helped those students learnsports skills in a better way, raise their learning interest, improve and enhance the sports skilllearning efficiency, and achieve the sports teaching goals in higher quality and efficiency.(3) Participating this PE&Health course evaluation program helped those studentsincrease attention, memory and imitation ability, but there is still space for their mutuallearning between each other, imagination ability and innovation and exploration ability.(4) This experiment also showed that a proper teaching strategy had great help inpromoting the personality development of the students, and would show more sportsknowledge and skills, fully exploit students’ plasticity and development space and promotetheir comprehensive development.
