New Communities Operating Mechanism To Explore The City

Accompanied by the deepening of social management innovation,community management reform become key issues around the primary departments thinking.In2012,with the pattern of strengthening the innovation of social management,suojin sub-district office formed the "five centers" as the core of a new model of community management system. In this paper,through the analysis of the process of the innovation of "suojin model", in order to sociological perspective to explore the possibility of a new community management pattern,and its contribution to the sociological theory of the community construction.The first part of the article introduces the purpose and significance of the research,methods and objects, also makes the definition of the core concepts. The second part introduces domestic and foreign classical theory about community management system and the experience of the community management mode at home and abroad. The third part reviews the background and motivation of the suojin sub-district office in the process of exploring mechanism of community operation.The fourth and fifth part,the author makes a overall analysis of the "suojin model" by empirical investigation. The article thinks that the system innovation has changed the three main social roles of sub-district office, communities,and promotes the good role of mechanism of the coordination,social integration,community autonomy and social evaluation. The last part expounds its promotion value and enlightenment,and derivation of the role theory to social community construction in china.According to the article,"SuoJin model" is created for demand of residents and it is the concept of "happiness street".The five centers, as the carrier, suojin sub-district office tries to achieve the linkage of the sub-district office, communities and social organizations, and implement under the government-led mode, promote the sense of belonging in the community, democratic rights and in the process of building the community construction to our community theory contribution.
