With the process of China’s industrialization and urbanization speeded increasingly, the large surplus agriculture labor forces have been transferred to cities. But they leave the children at home, so it appears a new word "rural-behind children". The problems of "rural-behind children" socialization have aroused all circles to pay attention and attach importance on it. These problems relate to the development of rural education, New Socialist Countryside and harmonious society. Therefore, it has strongly and urgently realistic significance that to analyze on these problems.This article deeply examines the problems of "rural-behind children" socialization from a disciplinary perspective such as management, sociology, education and psychology and so on. In this paper I will give some insight into the situation of "rural-behind children" socialization through a close reading of rural children from H Country Hubei Province with combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods. This study explores the main problems that existing in the process of "rural-behind children" socialization through compare the rural behind children with non-behind children. By analyzing the major reasons caused in this problem from the influence of different kinds of guarding ways. With the problems above, I would like to explore and build the system and mechanism which benefit for rural behind children.Through my analysis I moreover suppose that the result of rural-behind children is interacted with many factors. And only build a four-in-one security system involve with family, school, government and society, can basically release and solve these difficult problem completely. Finally, measures to resolve the problem of rural-behind children socialization:government guidance is the social protection of rural-behind children socialization; education reform is the cornerstone of rural-behind children socialization; social care is the driving force of rural-behind children socialization; family care is the foothold of rural-behind children socialization.
