Work-integrated learning is a student body and the employment-oriented,it fully useboth the school and the enterprise resources to nurture talents in order to improve students’theoretical and practical abilities and cultivate them to be the qualified skilled talents in allaspacts,with them the students’society competitives can be improved. In recent years,thepersonnel training mode of work-integrated learning develops vigorously under the supportof the government,business and school,it trains a large number of talents that the societyneed,and to some extent,its carry out improved the competitiveness of students from theSecondary Vocational school.The development of secondary vocational schools isdependent on the personnel training mode of the work-integrated learning. Because of itsimportance,we have to learn from the experience of successful personnel training mode ofthe work-integrated learning and analyse the existing problems of the ongoingwork-integrated learning and find out the corresponding solution,in order to make thepersonnel training mode of work integrated learning work smoothly and durably andproduce more talents that fit both the enterprises and the society. This paper is mainlydivided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. This section explains the reason for proposing thisstudy, the research combination of the theoretical basis of work-integrated learning,enhancing the effectiveness of combining learning with personnel training,and to clarifythe theoretical and practical significance of the study. Also several important concepts areexplained and what research methods to study.The second part concludes the analysis of the mode of work and school personneltraining. From three aspects: the development of education training of work-integratedlearning and the practical explore of the work integrated learning in our country,thepractical characteristics of foreign mode. What is more,it cited several domestic typicalcases.The third part overview the status of the personnel training of work-integratedlearning in Jiangxi electronic and information engineering school from three aspects: theintroduction of school,the features of school combined learning and the status of aorientated class of taking personnel training of work-integrated learning.The fourth part is the achievements and the analysis of the problems of the personneltraining mode of the work-integrated learning.The fifth part concludes the corresponding countermeasures towards the risingproblems.
