In recent years, our country for the simulation of occupation education in HigherVocational Colleges simulation research more practical training, also was studied for theteaching of practice factory, Teaching Co and other models, but the research on its mode isnot much, but for the study of economics teaching factory or Teaching Co model is less.From the perspective of professional practice teaching, some problems exist invocational colleges, namely the practice system is not mature, is only confined to thesimulation, training too, students to the practice can only grasp the edge of knowledge ofenterprise management, financial management. Therefore, higher vocational colleges shouldbe based on the training of high-quality, high-skilled talents and combining engineeringphilosophy, culture perception of professional students, cultivating students’ practical skills,training students occupation quality, create a meaningful economic management specialtypractice teaching mode.From the demand perspective, with the rapid development of economic globalization andincreasing our country economy, the demand for enterprise management talents to risesharply, but in real life there are "students can not find a suitable job, enterprises can not findembarrassing phenomenon for students". So higher vocational colleges should clearly definethe school of economics and management majors talents, not completely in accordance withthe training mode of undergraduate colleges, have the characteristics of vocational training,pay attention to practice teaching, emphasizes the practical ability of students.This paper aims to implement the analysis and management of the domestic vocationalcolleges Teaching Co development model, dynamic background, theory, type and application.Through analysis and research, to explore the basic model for the management of highervocational colleges run in Teaching Co, from the German "dual system" theory of experience,combined with the combination of engineering course system, training innovative talents, theprevious manual type, the traditional education into productive practice teaching authenticitythe students in Higher Vocational colleges, so as to improve the occupation technical ability, occupation accomplishment ability and the employment competitive ability.
