Research On Fujian Medicos’ Medical Ethics Cultivation And Its Cultivation Strategy

With the development of social economy, the change of disease spectrum, the socialization of medical development and the penetration of medical science and other subjects, the modern medical pattern, the biology—psychology—society pattern, has been established gradually. There’s no doubt that transition of medical pattern will give a fresh impetus to transformation of medical education. Therefore, medical ethics education will certainly face the modern transformation, which changes from unicity into systematicness. It has been more than thirty years that China takes measures to carry out the reform and opening-up policy, to implement socialist market economy and to effect the reform of medical system. The position of universities’running schools is also changing. In addition, higher medical education pattern is adjusting step by step. With the raising of requests of harmonious society construction, the frequent appearances of conflicts between doctors and patients, medicos’ethics cultivation problems are being placed a high value bit by bit.In order to make the objective situation of Fujian Province medicos’ ethics cultivation more clear and comprehend whether medical colleges in Fujian have achieved the target of the modern transformation about medical ethics education pattern or not, through literature methods, this research studies about worldwide scholars’successful experience about the education and cultivation of medical ethics, and determines the contents of the questionnaires after the research summary, and the author chooses students of different grades from Clinical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine these three majors as respondents to do the questionnaires and case interviews. On the basis of things related to the previous paragraph, the author summarizes the situation features and the existing problems of Fujian Province medicos’ethics cultivation situation, analyses the cause from society, colleges and individual three aspects. Finally, in allusion to the factor, society, the author puts forward the countermeasures which includes disseminating basic medical knowledge and bridging the professional gap between the doctors’and the patients’. Taking the influence of colleges into account, it’s vital to pay great attention to medical ethics scientific research and cultivate professionals. As for the individual factor, utilizing available carriers and focusing on students’ growth must be the best way.
