Our country "foundation education course reform outline (try out)" make a clear regulation,development and utilization in the new round curriculum reform to participate all kinds of curriculumresources. High school ideological and politic course due to its unique properties, it has a rich curriculumresources. Teachers are the main participants in the curriculum resources development who is the importanthuman resources, curriculum resources with a high degree of flexibility. Teachers’ quality status determinesthe development and utilization of curriculum resource recognition scope, the degree to which the effectivelevel and the development of teacher resources can not only enriched the contents of the political lessoncurriculum resources research, enrich classroom teaching mode, improve teaching quality, change the"knowledge" of a single type of education, outlook of teachers’ teaching, and help the political subject in theresearch of the development of the teaching development, the development of the teachers and students. Paperis divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. This paper analyzes the high school ideological and political lessonteachers’ resources development and utilization of research significance, research status, research methods andinnovation.The second part is the high school ideological and political lesson teachers’ theory basis of developmentand utilization of resources. This part contains two aspects, the first domestic and foreign research presentsituation, the concept of curriculum resources, classification and characteristics. The second aspect defines themeaning of teachers’ resources, and analyzes the characteristics of teachers’ resources from various angles.The third part is the high school ideological and political lesson teachers’ resources development andutilization of the value of significance. Development mainly embodied in: the significance of abundantcurriculum resources, promote the implementation of new curriculum reform; To improve teachers’ literacy;To help to promote the all-round development of students’ literacyThe fourth part elaborated the high school ideological and politicalcourse teachers’ resourcesdevelopment and utilization of the existing problems. Mainly has five aspects, namely the teacher resourcesallocation is unreasonable; Teachers ignore himself is a part of the curriculum resources; Ignored the role ofdevelopment and utilization of teaching resources; The school ignored the political lesson teacher’s owndevelopment; Incentive mechanism is not reasonable.The fifth part aimed at the problems existing in the current situation, exploring how to do better ondevelopment and utilization of teaching resources. This part is divided into six aspects, mainly: nationalrational allocation of teacher resources; Setting up the consciousness of teachers is an important curriculumresources; To improve the subjective initiative of exploitation and utilization of teaching resources; Schoolsshould attach great importance to the development of political lesson teacher resources; Establishing areasonable incentive mechanism; Practicing the training plans.With the depth of the new curriculum reform, more and more educators pay close attention to thedevelopment and utilization of resources in the Ideological and Political Courses,while Development and Utilization of ideological and political teacher resources is still relatively few and they are just somefragments of summarizes,some experience and feelings which have not formed the system at present.In thispaper, through some of my own preliminary study, I hope I can make some modest efforts to promote thesenior politics teacher resources development and utilization of the realization,and I hope I am able to play avaluable role about senior politics teacher resources development and utilization of research,whatever thenumbers or lackness of system.
