With the urgent request of the quality education, with the gradual deepening of thereform of new curriculum standard,Teachers effort to achieve the goal " the purpose ofteaching is to teach students how to do ", try to cultivate students’ autonomouslearning ability has become today’s priority in high school physics class.With the strong demand of the new curriculum standard,the change of learningstyle be imperative.How to change ideas between teachers and students in High schoolphysics class? How to let the teaching benefits teachers as well as students?Thatteachers and students can achieve high efficiency in the limited time and space is veryimportant. As a teacher, you should help the students to create a self-learning ability,independent analysis ability. Try to teach students the knowledge of science and how tosolve the problme by themselves, so that students can learn by their own ways to gainthe knowledge truly. In high school physics teaching,teachers should train students’ability of autonomous learning, encourage students to think independently, independentlearning, lay a foundation for further study.This paper focuses on the study of high school physics autonomous learningstrategies and skills, Through the questionnaires of the senior high school students indifferent grades,we analysis the main problmes in students’ learning. Master andunderstand the difficulties in physics learning for high school students,and carry outanalysis and solution!The present study from historical background analysis, put forward the theoriesfoundation of topic research, combined with the current domestic and foreign theoreticalresearch, analysis of the autonomous learning design principles and practice skills.Using research methods, to study the " autonomous learning ".Through a first class asresearchcarrier, combine with multiple out learning experiences, understand the physicsteaching of independent teaching deeply,.Such as the preparation before class, theclassroom teaching, after-school review exercises, examining the question, knowledgesums up and so on.To deepen the study, to realize autonomous learning,we use manyother learning methods in order to apply integratedly, efficient class.
