"National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020)" pointed out:high school education is the key period for the formation, independent personality development of students, it is of special significance to the improvement of national quality and the cultivation of innovative talents. Pay attention to the cultivation of students’autonomous learning, self-reliance and the ability to adapt to society, to overcome the tendency of examination oriented education. Need to cultivate the students’independence and autonomy in the process of classroom teaching, guide students to question, investigate, research, promotes the student under the teacher instruction, autonomous learning initiative.After a survey found that, in the real teaching students to participate in teaching activity less, origin, do not understand the knowledge by rote, to "understand" as the Standard Institute, students’learning interest, enthusiasm, the initiative is limited. The teacher to teach students the knowledge, when students leave the teacher, did not learn. Students don’t form the habit of self exploration, so we should cultivate students’ability to learn, adapt to the future development of society.Classroom teaching is the main channel of implementing quality education. Therefore, we will education reform key on the reform of the classroom teaching on. As the reform of classroom teaching the main channel of the purpose should also is quality education for all students, and promote the development of students to be lively and vivid. Therefore, I choose "self leading learning to explore" the subject of Physics Teaching in high school, carried on the study of "autonomous guidance" in the subject teaching.This thesis focuses on exploring the student "the cultivation of students’ Autonomous Learning" problem under the guidance of teachers. Research on students’ independent learning ability of students and habits in physics classroom teaching, strive to create a conducive to students’self display platform, change passive teaching method for active learning style, to create a relaxed, democratic, equal educational atmosphere, make the teaching process presents the innovative nature of dynamically generated, it also asked us to guide the students, give full play to their autonomy and initiative, let the student wisdom, potential burst out, students become knowledge discovery and the creator, so that we can learn easily, enjoy learning, learn practical. If is established based on students’learning, the passive reception of knowledge to active learning and exploration of knowledge, and this consciousness is a kind of has long-term character study quality, a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the students lay.
