Along with our country higher education curriculum reform continued to deepen,more and more students into the university campus to learn,in the majority of college students, influenced by the geographical characteristics,personal growth environment,the education and the individual genetic factors and other factors,resulting in their ability to comprehend and social in the physical quality,ability to adapt to the emergence of action the significant difference. With the continuous development of the reform of university physical education,especially education since it was put forward,how to teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to the individual differences of students,improve the physical quality and the movement ability of the students,making it a good physique,mental health and social adaptation ability of qualified personnel become one of the research focus of many researchers. In order to optimize the Heilongjiang language institute foreign volleyball option class teaching effect, promote the comprehensive development of students, through the discovery of the Heilongjiang province famous volleyball experts and investigation of similar institutions,many of the current school volleyball option class teaching is still used in teaching content,method and form a unified unified examination,resulted in the strong physique,,students the basic techniques of volleyball feel good learning content is too simple, easy to master, in the absence of fresh content to stimulate learning often feel not fresh,gradually lost interest in learning; while the other part of the body quality is relatively poor, weak basic technique of volleyball students with learning difficulties,often can not keep up the progress of teaching,gradually produce the weariness emotion. The empirical study of Heilongjiang College of foreign language in class 1,grade 2014 volleyball option class and class 2 as the experimental object,through the different levels of teaching volleyball teaching process,the students according to the physical quality and basic quality of volleyball is divided into two layers, make different teaching goals of different levels of students in teaching,practice teaching in different ways,so that make different teaching goals can make the different levels of students in Volleyball learning process gain. Statistical analysis was performed before and after the experiment on the test results,verify the volleyballoption class teaching to improve the effect of classroom teaching,through the issuance of questionnaires and statistical analysis,to verify the volleyball option class teaching to promote the development of students’ Non intelligence factors. This empirical study are as follows: first, the volleyball teaching optimization of volleyball teaching effect of Heilongjiang College of foreign language. Two,the volleyball teaching and promote the development of students’ Non intelligence factors. Three,the volleyball teaching and promote the formation of students’ Life-long Physical Education spirit. Teaching in different levels of four, fully embodies the principle of individualized teaching of volleyball.
