The students’ study activities are a complete process which needs inter correcting andupgrading of different stages. One of important links in this progress is the transitionbetween middle and high school. The middle school students should adapt to lagerknowledge in high school as well as the differences of teaching environment between ruralarea and county. Compared with the county students, so to speak, rural students have tosuffer double challenges. Therefore, the thesis focuses on discovering rural students’problems which come from the transition between middle and high school and thenanalyzing the causes. The thesis includes five parts:The writer explains the cause of the problem and the theory evidence of the problemfrom the demand of selective topic and the meaning of the study. This chapter states thecause of the education development, the requirement of curriculum standards and the needof practical work. It also states the evidence from both theory and reality. It states themeaning of the study at last.The core part includes researches and analyses of the current situation about rural areastudents’ knowledge connection between middle and high school when they are in countyhigh school. By combing questionnaire and interview, together with carding and analysesof the results of the questionnaire, this chapter sums up the general problem of rural areastudents’ knowledge connection between middle and high school when they are in countyhigh school, and then probe the cause of the problem.It puts forward the connection strategy which is based on the research and analyses.The strategy includes three parts: psychology connection, teaching method connection andknowledge connection. It also comes up with pertinent suggestions to teachers on the basisof strategy.Last is recommendations of the implementation, that is, the countermeasures will belinked to the practice and find problems about it in work to go across the obstacles, finallyto serve practice.
