Junior high school is the initial stage of secondary school, which is a stage of transition from primary to senior high school. It belongs to the scope of secondary education, which is a part of the compulsory education in China. In order to consolidate the nine-year compulsory education level and improve compulsory education quality, the junior high school must have a school system of their own development. Meanwhile, in order to improve the national education policy and complete the requirements proposed in the "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan" for local economic development mode, we must explore the basis of the existing school system. Academia, researching on the school system has been emerging in junior high school in this area and has initial results, especially in the Office of the characteristics of the school, there are a lot of research, we should be paying attention to the results of these studies, Developing the play policy the role of the guidance, guiding the school a reasonable position to form their own educational philosophy and style, to improve the management model. There are a lot of scholars researching on the school system, but there are also some shortcomings in the school system at the micro level, on a school’s educational philosophy, educational goals, management systems, research and development, teachers building, and less of cultural construction.Nanbin Secondary School is Evolved on the basis of the former Daxie secondary, it sets up about twenty years, with the development and innovation, it has their own characteristics in the school. In this study, the analysis of the characteristics of the school’s philosophy in Nanbin secondary schools,management model, school teaching and curriculum as well as scientific research, as well as problems, in order to find the mode of junior high school for poor rural areas in Chongqing.This article has four parts. The first part is an introduction, which defines the relate concepts to explain the research purpose, study the origin of the content and research, and collate and summarize the research, an overview of research ideas, research methods and study important difficulties and innovation; The first part is a brief introduction in Nanbin secondary education, the main secondary school in the Nanbin secondary school system; the second part is a more detailed introduction of the secondary school system in Nanbin, the main aspects of the mode of school management, teaching and curriculum development, campus and cultural construction, the specific performance:management, the implementation of the management model of open schools, and closed management of nursery education "; in teaching, changing the traditional to speak reading and instill the main way of reading, thinking, practicing "the main mode of teaching, playing to the students’ initiative and autonomy; in scientific research, focusing on the content type of research and development; culture-building in schools, which carries out a variety of cultural activities, building a school community organizations to cultivate the students’sentiments, clean around the school environment, a favorable environment for infection with each student; the third part describes the characteristics of Nanbin secondary school; The fourth part analyzes the problems and the characteristics of running a school in Nanbin Secondary School,in order to explore the suitable school running mode of a junior middle school in Chongqing rural area in poverty.
