Meanwhile, in order to improve the national education policy and complete the requirements proposed in the "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan" for local economic development mode, we must explore the basis of the existing school system. There are a lot of scholars researching on the school system, but there are also some shortcomings in the school system at the micro level, on a school’s educational philosophy, educational goals, management systems, research and development, teachers building, and less of cultural construction.Nanbin Secondary School is Evolved on the basis of the former Daxie secondary, it sets up about twenty years, with the development and innovation, it has their own characteristics in the school. In this study, the analysis of the characteristics of the school’s philosophy in Nanbin secondary schools,management model, school teaching and curriculum as well as scientific research, as well as problems, in order to find the mode of junior high school for poor rural areas in Chongqing.This article has four parts.
