The theoreticaleducation workers who are researching about teaching methods are more and more abundant.In so many methods, the experience teaching method which followed the principle of studentsare the subject and teachers are the guidance, and stressed that the experience of the student’spersonality, advocated students get their personal feelings and experience personalizedunderstanding and achieve self-improvement by personal feelings and experiences wasattention and respected by the theory researchers, and recognized by the front-line teachersgradually.The teaching idea about the "experience" has a long time history. However, the combinedexperiential teaching methods and high school ideological and political teaching is notabundant. This article introduced the concept of the "experience" of different areas,and Putforward the basic connotation of high school ideological and political course of experientialpedagogy. This is a teaching method which advocating students through the continual processof reflection of the experiences and insights of cognitive ability and ethical standardspersonalized development. And find out the theoretical basis of Dewey "in learning by doing"educational theory, Piaget’s theory of cognitive development, Rogers’ Humanistic EducationalThought and Xingzhi Tao life moral education theory. Start from the curriculum concept andimplementation, summed up the experiential pedagogy common features and the personalitytraits of Ideological and Political Course in High School. The common features include theopenness of the personal experience of the classroom subject, the generation of classroomteaching and instructional design. Personality characteristics including experience contentinformative, targeting social experience, the far-reaching impact.
