Induction period is the necessary stage in the teachers’ professional.It is verynecessary to help and support the beginning teachers and provide they someinduction education.Beginning teachers are experiencing the transformation ofthe role in this stage,and they also facing their own teachers’ prlfessionaldevelopment in the conflict.So it is necessary to provide they effective andreasonable evaluation during the supporting and helping,all of these are in orderto guarantee and promote the professional development of beginning teachers.The supporting and evaluation system during the pre-service admittance systemto the after job of the begging teachers provides quality guarantee quality.This paper through the analysis and comparison of the effects of thebeginning teachers’ evaluation of American on the beginning teachers’professional development,and the evaluation system of the during the pre-serviceand the induction is aimed to find the characereistics of the beginningteachers’evaluation and the effection to the beginning teachers’ professionaldevelopment.There are mainly five chapters to this paper:Chapter one:“The historical evolution and theoretical basis of the American’sbeginning teachers’ evaluation”. First of all, this part reviews the development ofUnited States pre-service and beginning teachers professional evaluation,andreveals the beginning teachers’ qualification accessment and the supporting ofthe professional evaluation. Secondly introduces the theoretical basis of theevaluation.Chapter two:“The standard of the American beginning teacher’ evaluation”.This chapter point out the pre-standard and indution evaluation standard.Chapter three:“The induction evaluation——California and Connecticut’sbeginning teachers’ evaluation”. This chapter introduces the California’s BTSAplan and Connecticut’s teachers portfolio assessment, mainly from the contents, standards, the effect of the aspects.Chapter four:“The features of the evaluation”. This chapter through thebeginning teachers’ evaluation, and analyses its characteristics: method, standard,the continuity features.Chapter five:“The effection of the beginning teachesr’evaluation”. This partintroduces the beginning teachers’predicament of the professional developmentand the effection of the beginning teachers’ to their professional development.
